Wrap Angle
Calculate wrap gain according to wrap angle.
Wrap angle is given in MFS document as angle alpha:
Force Measurement is in horizontal direction.
Angle beta is always zero.
Angle alpha taken from MFS.
WrapGain is calculated like:
WrapGain= 1/(cos beta -cos alpha).
Small note: COS-function in excel uses radian measure, not degree measure - so angles have to be multiplied by PI/180.
Therefore FacDiv must be 1/ WrapGain.
Winder FMS Loadcells read by Siwarex:
FMS loadcells connected to Siwarex replacing the old ABB amplifier/Loadcell components.
The values for left and right side are read separately.
There are two separate WinCC SenAct objects for left and right side.
Also there is a SenAct object for the sum of the two values.
Parameterization for the Siwarex: NUmber of mechanical support must be "1".
Factor Div. must be set to the geometry as calculated above.
The summary object must have FacMul and FacDiv of "1".
We want to see the compensated values already in the two separate objects.
