Public:Micro Epsilon induSENSOR MSC7401

1 Download Configurations with Sensor Tool[edit | edit source]

  • Connect the RS485 on X3 of the amplifier box of Micro Epsilon
  • Choose for Sensor Group induSENSOR
  • Choose for Sensor Type induSENSOR MSC7401
  • Hook the checkboxes and press the search symbol

  • Start Data Transfer of the sensor -> Info -> Import Settings (InduSensor_MSC7401.csv)

  • Now you should see the following configuration

2 Exchange a faulty Sensor Sleeve[edit | edit source]

  • Go online with the Sensor Tool like as it´s mentioned above
  • Change to the Single Value-Window

  • Open the Screws of Sensor Sleeve and surveyor-staff

  • Push the sleeve without distance peace against the support and re-tight the Sensor Sleeve on 4mA
  • Move the surveyor-staff to the previous good value of the PVSS-Trend and tight it again
  • Now you should be able again to move the Relax-System
  • Move the faulty side to 0mm Stroke and take care that the new surveyor-staff shows 0mm again
