1 Function[edit | edit source]

This controller regulates the cleaning duration and intervals of the exhaust filter. This description is for Donaldson Dust Filters.

At first you have to check how should the controller by energized

230 V AC
24 V DC

If you have 230V AC power supply, then you have to connect

L to terminal 1
N to terminal 3
Pe to terminal 4

If you have 24V DC power supply, then you have to connect

Restart the controller by remove the powersupply plug (other wise setting will not take over)

After this adjustments on the basic platine, you have to adjust the interval times of the controller.

You have to adjust follow parameters:

Parameter Symbole Value
File:High dp alarm.png dpAL OFF
File:High dp max alarm.png dpMax OFF
File:Min dp .png dpMin OFF
File:Min dp alarm.png dpMinAL OFF
File:Offline cleaning time.png Offline cleaning time 7 cycle (LED flushes on 70)
File:Pulse duration.png pulse duration 100 ms
File:Pulse interval.png pulse interval 12 sec

4 Special case with moveable nozzles[edit | edit source]

In this case that the pressure cleaning nozzles are moveable, therefor you have a additional magnetic valve and a modified controller. You can recognize the modified controller with the label "IPC 1.68" on the board.

The first row of the filter elements will be cleaned, then the valve opens and the nozzles move to the second row.

Connect the valve according to the following wiring diagram: File:Donaldson Wiring Diagram.pdf

For the adjustments of the controller follow the instructions described above.

5 New Version with Operating Panel C200[edit | edit source]

File:Donaldson Control Unit C2000.png

Attached there is file named "Donaldson-C-200-Einstellwerte_CPC_Brückner_EN_rev00" which includes the Brückner specific parameters!

The settings for the cleaning parameters should be preset (please check the settings of the file “Einstellwerte”). The cleaning is started by the fan, so you have to use digital input 2 (terminal 9,10; same system like the old controller).

But first you have to activate this digital Input 2(Setting: “fan feedback” need to be activated).

5.1 Connections[edit | edit source]

  • Take care, that bridge between 11 & 12 is inside because without this bridge you get the explosion alarm!
  • Digital "Input 2" need to be activated with "Fan feedback" like above written!
  • Bridge between 7 & 8 is not necessary if you deactivate "Input 1" in the settings!

In the future everything should be preseted and there is nothing to change!
