If the EH (electrode heating) is damaged or we need to replace it for some other reasons, please follow this information carefully!

- Take out the 230V fuse and wait 5 min if the generator was switched on before to let the capacitors discharge
- Switch off the 24V supply of the generator
- Remove the polarity switch knobs
- Remove the plexi glass cover, one screw is behind the warranty seal of Heinzinger. It is okay to break the seal in this case, but we need to inform Heinzinger later on
- Disconnect the small bnc plug of the black cable to the PWM control card
- Unlock the PCB at the side rails and pull the card out
- Install the new PCB, lock the PCB and reconnect the bnc plug
- Reinstall cover and switch on the fuses
- Mark the old card with a sticker as “old PWM control card” and send it back to BMS
