1 Motor brake[edit | edit source]
This article is about how to connect the motor brake with the Sinamics drive.
2 Connector assignment[edit | edit source]
Before switching on the Sinamics Drive, make sure the wires are connected according to the polarity of the motorbrake.
Pin number 4 BD1+ is for this cable the Positive connection and is the black wire.
Pin number 5 BD1- is the negative connection and is the white wire.
On the other side of the cable connect the wires according the polarity.
