1.2 Settings[edit | edit source]
- Dip switch settings
With the DIP switch S1, the device is adapted to the fans used (Hall / U - Hall pulses per revolution). The setting applies to all fan connections.
- According to fan data sheet pulse per revolution = 3 pulses / revolution
- Set S1 = 3 pulses (Off/On)

S1 setting
S2 is used to monitor the speedometer inputs (TA1... TA4) (de-)activated e.g. here we have 4 fan connected.
- Set S2 = On/On/On/On
1.3 Monitoring Test[edit | edit source]
- Switch on Air nozzle fan with certain speed
- Disconnect one of TA wires (TA1...TA4)
- Wait about 5 sec controller will indicate fault red LED blinking
1.4 Troubleshooting[edit | edit source]
- If switch on control voltage 24V then the fan suddenly operating even no speed output is given
- Check output wire, should be connected to terminal 11 (OC)
