1 Overview[edit | edit source]
The E+H Ceraphant T PTC31 is usually mounted on silos and vacuum units. It has a range from 0,1 up to 40bar. It needs three wires.
If everything is ok, the display shows you the pressure and the background lights blue. If the Ceraphant has a problem, it change the background to red and writes an error code on the display.
To connect the Ceraphant with our system, you need a 4-wire card.
2 Checkup[edit | edit source]
Normally, we use the standard configuration on the Ceraphant. If there is any problem, look at the trouble shooting to reset.

Check, if a 4-wire card is installed and the Ceraphant is correct connected, which is shown in the picture. Furthermore check the connector on the Ceraphant.

Normally, the Ceraphant is physical connected to the system with a manual valve, check if this is opened and it lights blue, which is shown in the picture.
3 Configuration in PVSS[edit | edit source]
The picture shows the values, which must be configured in PVSS. According to the nameplate set the parameter in PVSS. In our example 1000 mbar.

4 Function Test[edit | edit source]
You can easily check the Ceraphant by changing the pressure. Compare his local display with the displayed value in PVSS. If this is equal, everything is OK.
5 Trouble Shooting[edit | edit source]
- If the Ceraphant is dark, check the power-supply.
