2 Preparations[edit | edit source]
- Air pressure: 6-8 bar
- Reference weight: 2 kg
- Make sure that grounding is done properly, to avoid electrostatic charged resin.
3 Calibrate hopper[edit | edit source]
See Quick Start Manual step 1-4.
4 Self Test[edit | edit source]
It its recommend to run a Self Test of the blender after the commissioning has been finished.
In order to run the Self Test please navigate as follows:
1. Template:Image
2. Enter password 5560 (press hand icon in order to enter the password)
3. Template:Image (sorry for the bad quality but this icon looks like a stethoscope)
4. Template:Image
5 Save a backup of the configuration to the SD card and add to SVN[edit | edit source]
1. Press Template:Image on the touch screen and enter the password 5560 (press hand icon in order to enter the password)
2. Press Template:Image and Template:Image to open the screen shown here:
3. In order to save the current configuration file on the SD-card you need to press the green arrow of option 2.
File name: config.bak
The slot of the card is located on the right side of the junction box where the red light is mounted:
4. Copy the config.bak to your computer, re-name (e.g. alf661tx2a011) and add it to the SVN
As you will see the data stored on the SD-card not only contains the current configuration, the backup but also a data log of alarm messages.

6 Alarm Messages[edit | edit source]
To get an overview of the alarm messages please take a look on page 5 to 8 in the Quick Start Manual.
As already mentioned before, all alarm messages are also logged on the SD card where the configuration files are saved.
