1 Configuration[edit | edit source]
- The original IP Address is written in the config file on the Server Template:PathUncKom\config
- Check the section [touchPanels] for the used IP Adresses
- Pull out the CF Card from the Panel

- Use a CF Card Reader at one computer to edit 3 files
- kernel.cmd
- kernel.cmd.STN_320x240
- kernel.cmd.TFT_640x480
- Set in all 3 files the right IP Address
- Put back the CF Card and reboot the panel by disconnecting and reconnecting the supply voltage
2 Deactivation of screensaver[edit | edit source]
- login to the Panel by using putty (User:root, no password)
- edit file /etc/rc5.d/S10 with vi: vi/etc/rc5.d/S10
- comment out line "xset s on s blank s 3600 &"
- activate line "xset s noblank s off &"
