∇ step between choices or decrement parameter value Δ step between choices, increment parameter value, store value within 10 seconds Template:Image reject change, scroll through parameters, enter Configuration Mode when powered up Template:Image +Δ hold down to force controller into Select Mode

Scrolling through Parameters and Values
Press Template:Image to scroll through the parameters. While this key is pressed, and up to 1 second after, parameter legend is shown, followed by the current parameter value.
Changing Parameter Values
Press Template:Image to navigate to the required parameter, then press Δ or ∇ to set the value as required. Once the desired value is set, press Template:Image to display YES?, press Δ within 10 seconds, accept the change, otherwise parameter will revert to previous value.
Or: Press Template:Image to reject the change and to move onto the next Parameter. Hold down Template:Image and press Δ to return to Select Mode.

4 Commissioning/Configuration[edit | edit source]

4.1 Configuration Mode[edit | edit source]

  • Change controller into Select Mode by Template:Image + Δ, (use Template:Image to cancel, use Δ and ∇ to adjust the value)
  • If unit is powered up first time, message Goto Conf will appear. Press Template:Image to enter Configuration Mode,
  • If not from first power up Configuration is entered from Select Mode. Hold down Template:Image and press Δ to force controller into Select Mode. SLCt legend is shown for 1 second, followed by the legend for the current mode. Press Δ or ∇ to navigate to the Configuration Mode option, then press Template:Image.
  • Enter an unlock code. Default unlock code is 20 (use Δ and ∇ keys)
  • Then press Template:Image.

5 Easy Tare Feature[edit | edit source]

Don't tare the Dyniscos during checkup, as it is easier for the extrusion guys to simulate alarms with the (wrong) values. They will take care of the zeroing after extrusion heatup.

After the extrusion heated up, the Dynisco have to calibrated to 0 again.
For this you can use the Tare Feature.

  • Press Template:Image until the process variable is displayed
  • Hold down ∇ and Δ together for three seconds until the display shows YES?
  • Release both keys andn press Δ within 3 seconds to confirm the request
  • Now the display should show 0.0 Bar

6 Troubleshooting[edit | edit source]

6.1 Dislpay "OPEN"[edit | edit source]

The display show OPEN if the sensor is not or wrong connected.

6.2 Reset Password[edit | edit source]

If you forget any of the unlock code there is a hidden read-only menu for them:

  • To enter this mode you must power the unit down
  • whilst powered down you must press the Template:Image and Δ
  • keeping them pressed whilst repowering the unit for 10-15 seconds.
  • You will then enter a read only loc code view.
