2.1 Tool Requirements and Preparation[edit | edit source]
2.1.1 People and Setting
- During a workshop as well as in everyday working routines. It is also a highly effective learning tool once it becomes institutionalised.
- Groups of 4-5 peers each - sufficient space so that groups can work without distractions.
- The method can be used during a training or workshop.
- It can be used as a constant learning tool in everyday work.
2.1.2 Time
- Approx. 70 min. for one session
2.1.3 Materials
- Chairs for each group to sit in a circle or around a table
- Flip chart and marker
- If used virtually: Videoconferencing tool
2.1.4 Virtual/ Hybrid Implementation
- Can be facilitated when using a videoconferencing tool. The case giver can turn off his/her camera when the coaches are discussing the case.
