1 GE11 coupling ring installation steps for UNI-coupling[edit | edit source]
1.1 Step 1[edit | edit source]
- Place the coupling on the pipe and do the appropriate marking on both metal and plastic pipe.
1.2 Step 2[edit | edit source]
- Remove the supports from the cabinet.
- Remove the clamps from the top pipe and move the top coupling ring completely to another side.
- Now tighten the screw for the bottom pipe only.
1.3 Step 3[edit | edit source]
- As we can see the screws will touch the base of cabinets.
- So cover the cabinet form inside and cut the srew as required.
1.4 Step 4[edit | edit source]
- Flip the screws for top coupling ring if required.
- Bring back top coupling ring to its right position.
- Start tightening the screw a little bit.
- Install the clamps back to position on pipe with the supports.
- Now tighten it until you get the correct Torque (40Nm) and follow same given NOTE.
- Cut the screws if required.
