1 Connect to VM[edit | edit source]
- The EOP visualization service is running on a Windows machine called Template:KomNamARSim
- It has the IP address Template:KomIp141 (e.g. 10.18.81.141)
- Connect to this machine using Remote Desktop
- Login with user root
2 Windows Services[edit | edit source]
- The service that is running the EOP visualization can be found in the Windows Services
- The service is called ARSim
3 Tool for restarting the service[edit | edit source]
- There is a special tool for restarting this service
- The tools can be stored at different locationson the Template:KomNamARSim machine:
- C:\Eop\ArSim\eop
- C:\Eop
- C:\EOP Simulation
- C:\Users\root\Desktop\Simulation
- Run the file called ar000loader.exe
4 Restart the Service[edit | edit source]
- If the EOP visualization is not working any more you can see a yellow message Service boot mode: reset
- Click on the Restart button
- If successful the message should become green Run boot mode: warm restart
