1 Preparation[edit | edit source]
- disable the motor in PVSS
- decouple mechanic connections to prevent damage (remember positions of screws)
2 Identification of motor parameters[edit | edit source]
- move the piston completely out by pressing the corresponding power contactor
- note down the Actual Raw value shown in PVSS (= max. raw setpoint)
- now move the piston completely in
- again note down the Actual Raw value (= min. raw setpoint)
- the min. raw setpoint should be smaller than the max. raw setpoint, otherwise check connections of the potentiometer
- take a look at the motor plate and note down the stroke distance
3 Calculation of PVSS parameters[edit | edit source]
Factor(*) = 1
Factor(/) = (max. raw setpoint - min. raw setpoint) / stroke distance
Offset = min. raw setpoint / Factor(/)
After adding the offset the Actual value has to be 0, multiply the offset with (-1) if necessary.
4 Identification of min./max. setpoints and hysteresis[edit | edit source]
- set the position hysteresis to 2.0 mm for the beginning
- take the current Actual value and enter it as new Position 1 Setpoint and Position Minimum Setpoint
- also enter the value as current setpoint for the motor
- enable the motor again
- increase the current setpoint until you reach the desired final position of the piston
- enter this value as new Position 2 Setpoint and Position Maximum Setpoint
- increase the positioning hysteresis if the piston is shaking when reaching the end positions
5 Final adjustment[edit | edit source]
5.1 change min/max setpoint[edit | edit source]
