This guide can be used for: Bekomat 12, 13, 14, 16, 21 and all subversion of them.

2 Overview[edit | edit source]

Template:ImageThe Bekomat is a automatic condensate draining unit, which is mounted after the air compressor. The device has only 1 push button and 3 leds, which indicates the system status.

  • Check, if the valve between the air supply and the Bekomat is opend.
  • Check the power supply, if everything is OK, the "Power" - Led lights.
  • Push the "TEST" button for 2 sec to open the valve. Check if it opens. You should hear and see the seperated water.Furthermore check the "Valve" Led on the device.

Close the valve between the air supply and the Bekomat, if it is possible. The Bekomat only has an fault signal to PVSS. To simulate a fault push the "Test" button >1 minute. Now you should see an "Condenser Seperator" fault in PVSS. If you release the push button, the error disapears.

5 Trouble Shooting[edit | edit source]

  • If the Bekomat doesn't open the valve to release the water, check the connection between the control unit and the valve. Furthermore check the powersupply again.
  • If you don't get a signal to PVSS, check the connection between the error output of the Bekomat and the connection to the input card.
  • For more information, check the manual
