  • Run Disk Cleanup
- Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Disk Cleanup
- Files to delete: select everything
- More Options -> System Restore and Shadow Copies -> Clean up ... select Delete
- press OK
  • Check the links in the Start menu and on the Desktop
  • Check temporary folders and delete files
  • Empty trash of all users
