This acoustic sensor is use to detect film in pipes, by measure the vibrations on it.
This Sensor is used for the edge trim exhaust filters (e.g. 613.241N6, SITRANS AS100-ST 7MH75601AA01)
2 Commissioning[edit | edit source]
2.1 Wiring[edit | edit source]
The sensor can be adjust in high or low sensitivity. To detect fluff film the sensor should adjust to high sensitivity. For this the green wire have to connect to the V+ together with the red wire
GN to + = High sensitivity
GN to - = Low sensitivity
Test the sensor by tipping with the finger on the pipe near the sensor.
