1 Idle Torque adjustment of Winder1 Winder2 (and Contact Roll for some lines)[edit | edit source]
- for idle torque Winder1 or Winder2: You can do the Idle Torque also when the line is running (Winder1 or W2 in unloading position). - for idle torque of Contact Roll: line not to be in production
- for idle torque Winder1: Start Winder1 in unloading position. Make a right click on the "Idle Torque" button and choose "Run" (page Winder1-Global parameters). - for idle torque Contact Roll: Start Contact Roll. Make a right click on the "Idle Torque" button and choose "Run" (page ContactRoll-Global parameters).
When there is no "Idle Torque" button on the main winder page open "Contact Winding" and go to "Parameter". On Bottom left you find the "Idle Torque" button.
Wait until the Idle Torque is finished without any fault. This can take some minutes. Making a right click on the "Idle Torque" and opening "Parameter", the new Drive Idle Torque can be seen.
On left bottom the new Idle Torque can be saved. Do the Idle Torque Adjustment for Winder 2 in the same way.
