Connection: Output relay contact NO 825-28 + 15-18)

3. Step-by-Step Commissioning Guide

Unless there´s some special/different things, the setting should be adjusted as below:

• θ1 if set to: 120°C means : contact relay K1 after Time Delay will be open if temp above 120°C

  θ2 if set to: 100°C means : contact relay K2 after Time Delay will be open if temp above 100°C

If temperature below the setting, relays K1 + K2 are energized (contact closed).

For Linear Motor (Liwind or Liweb) set :θ1 to 120°C and :θ2 to 100°C.

For Main Extrusion Motor insulation class H (watercooled ELIN) set :θ1 to 180°C and :θ2 to 160°C.

For Chill Roll Motor 1FW6 set :θ1 to 130°C and :θ2 to 100°C.

Others typically insulation class F (see name plate) set :θ1 to 145°C and :θ2 to 135°C.

• Set Hysteresis to 5.
• Set Time Delay to 1,0 second.
• Set Circuit Prin. to CLOSED.
• Set mode to OVER
• Set sensor type to K84 (KTY84)
