The quality of the Profibus was checked with the Softing Measuring device. Screenshots are made and stored at the server.
During Commissioning also check the PROFIBUS by the CP443 Diagnostic
open HW-config
Right mouse click on CP443-5 -> object properties -> Diagnostics -> RUN
Following window opens. Reset the Fault counters by pressing this button
Reset the counter when the line is already running. After couple of days and several line-state-changes (Production, Filmbreaks, Shutdown and Restart) open the Diagnostics again.
There must be no increase of any counter (except Requests of Interface Statistics).
If any counter is increasing and you can not find a solution, get help from Template:EEC-Support
Note: After a Powercut or if you disconnect a Profibus-Station manually, the counter will increase as well. But this increase is correct and doesn't indicate a PROFIBUS problem.
