This device is used for probing PROFINET network cables before switch-on of control voltages, to ensure a correct topology for the automatic name assignment via PLC. Also the correctness of the manually built plugs can be verified.
Select measurement type "Data Cable" for all measurements, the settings mentioned below only have to be done initially on new devices.
