1 ID-Run Parameters[edit | edit source]
1.1 P032 - IDEH - Heating Identification[edit | edit source]
- Parameter in PVSS and FM: [P032] Identification
- ID run is disabled in case of a positive actual value drift > 0,6K / min. Controller try to reduce this drift at H/C loops with a -5% output. When drift value drops below this value, ID run start automatically.
- ID run is disabled when a positive ramp value at [P017] Temperature Ramp has been set.
1.2 P033 - IDEL - Loop in Case of Identification[edit | edit source]
- Parameter in PVSS and FM : [P033] IDEL
Keep the parameter set as default, not need to be modified at loop setup, it is a internal parameter which influences the identification process.
1.3 P034 - IDCH - Cooling Identification after Heating Identification[edit | edit source]
- Parameter in PVSS and FM: [P034] IDCH
- This parameter can be used at zones with heating + cooling function only (P024 OUTC < 0)
- If you want to start the automatic cooling loop identification process after finishing the heating identification (P032), set this parameter to on before start heating identification.
- After finishing the tune process change back the value to off.
2 Activate the ID - Heating Identification[edit | edit source]
- Under the tab ->Project->Zone parameters you can find the [P032] Heating Identification. There you can select the zone you need and activate the IDEH with setting the parameter to "1-On"
- Change to the Tab Status
- Now enter a setpoint value to start the controller output. At the column Status you can see "Id" for the heating identification
3 Deactivate the ID - Heating Identification[edit | edit source]
- After the commissioning you have to switch off the IDEH - Heating Identification. Therefore change at all zones the parameter [P032] to "0-Off"
- If you want to change for example only the parameters for the extrusion, you can create a block in which are all zones you would like to change
- After your selection press "OK". Now you will only see the zones you have selected in the Input block
- Two change the parameter for all zones in one step, you can select the blockmode under Extras->Mode->Input Bock 1 e.g.
- After you selected the blockmode you need to change only one zone and all others will also be changed to "0-Off"
- As long as the parameters of this modul are not loaded, all modifications are indicated with red text
- Download the parameters to the modul
